BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Ocean Park Avenue Condominium Association is a non-profit Corporation registered in the State of New Jersey. The community is governed by the following Board of Directors (listed in alphabetical order):

Surf Site Property Management was selected by your Board of Directors to manage the Ocean Park Avenue Condominium Association and recently renewed its 8th year agreement working for the Ocean Park Avenue Condominium community. Please note the mailing address and telephone number for use in contacting the Management Office. All communication with the Board of Directors should be made through the Management Office at the address below:

The Management office is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon, to handle all community association business. Please note office visits are by appointment only!
After regular business hours, (evening, weekends and holidays) calls are transferred to a voicemail system. The number to dial, 24 hours a day is (732) 869-4450. When your call is directed to the voice mailbox, please listen to the entire message and leave your message after the beep. During an after hour emergency situation, you will be prompted to call an alternate phone number. Emergency calls will be returned promptly. Repairs, however, will be scheduled when practical (leaks cannot be repaired during a storm).
When leaving a message within the voice mailbox, please do the following:
- Identify your community
- State you name, address and telephone number
- State the nature of the emergency

An emergency is a situation involving imminent danger to property and individuals that requires immediate attention.
